Our beginner classes are designed as an introduction to rhythmic gymnastics, providing a fun and engaging way for children to explore this beautiful sport. Our intermediate program takes a more focused and structured approach, designed for ambitious students who are ready for more intensive training. This level is perfect for gymnasts who aim to transition smoothly into competitive gymnastics.
The intermediate program equips athletes with the essential skills, confidence, and mindset needed to excel in competitive settings, making it a crucial step in their gymnastics journey.
