Pre-K 4-5 yo  Focus of this camp to develop basic flexibility, strength, learn basic body skills and apparatus skills.

Example of a daily camp curriculum:

9:00-12:00 pm only

9:00-9:20 cardio workout with the rope

9:20-09:40 am warm-up stretching

9:40-10:00 am acrobatics and leaps

10:00-10:30 am ballet/dance

10:30-11:00 am arts and games

11:00-11:30 pm apparatus (ball, hoop, clubs, ribbon) 

11:30-12:00 pm themed performance dance

 

Recreational Camp ages 4-10 available for all newbies or first year students in rhythmic gymnastics. Focus of this camp to develop basic flexibility, strength, learn basic body skills and apparatus skills.

Full Day 9:00-2:00 pm

Half Day 9:00-12:00 pm

9:00-9:20 cardio workout with the rope

9:20-09:40 am warm-up stretching

9:40-10:00 am acrobatics and leaps

10:00-10:30 am ballet/dance

10:30-11:00 am arts and games

11:00-11:30 pm apparatus (ball, hoop, clubs, ribbon) 

11:30-12:00 pm themed performance dance

12:00-12:40 pm lunch break and art projects

12:40-1:00 pm warm-up with ball and rope

1:00-1:45 pm competition routines

1:45-2:00 pm games indoor or outdoor

Competitive Team Xcel AB and Levels 3-4 available for all first year students ages 5+

This camps focus on developing all skills needed for entering competitive world of rhythmic gymnastics. Gymnasts will be developing more advanced body and apparatus skills and will learn their very first competition routines season 2021-2022

Competitive Team Xcel CD and Levels 5-10 available to all current USAG gymnasts who previously completed Xcel AB and/or Level 3-4. In this camp we will focus on advancing body and apparatus skills and preparing competitive programs for upcoming season 2021-2022.

Flexibility camp is opened to ages 7+  In this camp we will focus on improving full body flexibility and strength. We will be focusing on correct body alignments, techniques. Students will learn new contortion and acrobatics skills, new leaps and balances.
