Explore the possibilities of your incredible body. This classes are tailored towards those who wish to push themselves further in contortion. Classes include splits, back arches, bridges, handstands, elbow-stands, chest-stands etc.
The low impact, floor exercises are targeted to tone muscles. This class is choreographed with series of floor exercises linked together strategically to follow flexibility, conditioning with incorporation of contemporary rolls, shoulder stands and modern dance techniques.
